Villa Giustiniani
Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG, in the heart of the Veneto
In the Marca Trevigiana, around a late-16th-century Venetian villa in Spresiano, Villa Giustiniani grows Glera grapes on the Montello hills, between Giavera and Nervesa della Battaglia: from here comes exclusively Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG, fine and elegant bubbles in the Brut and Extra Dry styles.
The Venetian face of Terre dei Cavalieri: a history that binds the nobility of the Serenissima to the centuries-old tradition of the Knights.
Our Asolo Prosecco
From the Glera grapes of the Montello comes our Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG, in two interpretations: the dry elegance of the Brut and the softness of the Extra Dry.

Bubbles in the heart of Asolo
In the glass, Villa Giustiniani’s Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG reveals a very fine perlage and delicate aromas: the sparkling elegance of the Asolo territory, awarded at Vinibuoni d’Italia and best enjoyed chilled.
From vineyard to glass
The vineyards of Giavera del Montello and Nervesa della Battaglia, on the sandy-clay soils of the Montello, give the Glera grapes a delicate and aromatic character: the foundation of a Prosecco Superiore that tells of a deep bond with the land of Asolo.

The Glera grapes of the Montello
Glera is the grape of Prosecco: at Villa Giustiniani it ripens on the soils of the Montello, where the microclimate and the sandy-clay soil yield wines of great aromatic finesse. A raw material tended vine by vine.

Between Giavera and Nervesa
The vineyards stretch between Giavera del Montello and Nervesa della Battaglia, in the heart of the Asolo denomination: twenty-one hectares, fifteen of them to Glera. Rows tended with dedication, where viticultural tradition and respect for the land give life to an authentic Prosecco.
Villa Giustiniani, a residence of the Knights
The villa, built in the late 16th century in Spresiano and set in a vast park with a chapel, grotto and small lake, belonged to the noble Venetian Dolfin family and then to the Giustinian-Recanati. From Count Lorenzo’s legacy was born, together with the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, the Commenda Giustiniani Recanati: since then the villa and its lands have been part of the Order’s heritage, one of the most important commanderies in Italy.
A bond that spans the centuries
The Venetian villa
The villa is built in the late 16th century in Spresiano, in the Marca Trevigiana crossed by the Piave: with simple 17th-century lines and set in a park with a chapel, grotto and small lake, it was the residence of the noble Venetian Dolfin family and then of the Giustinian-Recanati, linked to the tradition of the Serenissima.
Count Lorenzo's legacy
Count Lorenzo Giustiniani directs by will that the family patrimony remain indivisible, passed on to his twelve children: a wish that would shape the destiny of the villa.
Giustiniani Recanati
To honour that legacy, the five sons turn to the Sovereign Military Order of Malta and found the Commenda Giustiniani Recanati: the villa and its lands enter the Order’s heritage, one of the most important commanderies in Italy.
In the Terre dei Cavalieri
Today Villa Giustiniani is the Venetian face of the Terre dei Cavalieri: from the Glera grapes of the Montello comes an award-winning Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG. The Sovereign Military Order of Malta is today a subject of international law, with diplomatic relations with more than 100 States.
